Terms for Membership

Declaration

I will bear true faith and allegiance to Pakistan and uphold the Constitution of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan.
I have not been dismissed from service.
I have not been convicted for any criminal offense in Pakistan or anywhere abroad.
I shall abide by all the terms set in the Pakistan Welfare Forum’s Memorandum of Association and its Rules and Regulations.
I shall not give any statement to the media on behalf of the PWF except when specifically authorized by PWF.

An individual desirous of becoming a member of PWF (“Applicant”) shall apply to the President or the Secretary of PWF on the prescribed Application Form. The Application Form shall be submitted to the Executive Council by the President/Secretary for approval in a General Meeting of the Executive Council held each quarter to consider applications for new membership.
Membership of PWF shall begin in the month in which the application of the applicant is processed and shall be for life subject to payment of membership fees unless terminated earlier due to removal or resignation of membership in accordance with the Memorandum of Association and these Rules and Regulations.
An Applicant granted membership of PWF; may resign from the membership by notifying the Secretary in writing. There shall be no refund of dues in the event of resignation.

4. All members of PWF other than Honorary Members shall pay a membership fee which shall be as under:

Pensioners residing in Pakistan

Regular Membership Fee for Officers: Rs. 2,000

Annual subscription for officers: Rs. 1,000

Regular membership for Soldiers and JCOs: Free

Regular membership for widows and NOK: Free

Pensioners residing abroad

Regular Membership Fee: $ 100

Annual Subscription: $ 20
